Abrams is the author of The Seven Epaulettes of Leadership and has dedicated most of his adult life to serving others. In addition to serving his country as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, Shawn has held progressive leadership roles in various programs, which have included working with the unemployed, disabled workers, shelter residents, the prison population, and most recently, as a civil servant.
While his leadership style is focused on love, hope, motivation, and what’s next, the phenomenal founder has had anything but a smooth ride on his way to the top. From navigating various difficult personal and professional relationships, Abrams came to understand that appropriate action at the right time was key to making a difference and now devotes his life to helping others navigate similarly troubled waters.
