Kristina Cleary, Founder of Accelle Inc., was recently selected as Top Executive Coach of the Year 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, results-oriented approach, and dedication to her clients and the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, including two successful exits, Ms. Cleary decided to leave her EVP and CMO position within a global technology HCM organization to help women accelerate their personal and professional success by providing a platform for coaching, content and community; thus, ACCELLE was created.
Ms. Cleary founded ACCELLE to support her passion and commitment to helping create a world full of diverse leadership, and is on a mission to increase the number of women in senior leadership positions. Ms. Cleary is helping make this happen by developing and providing solutions that empower women to build confidence, leadership presence and belong to a community where they can thrive.
Before embarking on her career path, Ms. Cleary had attended the University of Guelph before obtaining her Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Adelaide. Ms. Cleary received her coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Cleary has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. To name a few, this year, she is being considered for the Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP Magazine, and has also been nominated for the RBC Women Entrepreneur Awards. She will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala being held at the NYC Plaza Hotel this December.
In addition to her successful career, she founded the Cleary Leadership Athletic Scholarship in partnership with the University of Guelph in support of women athletes. Ms. Cleary is also keen on giving back to the community by supporting young girls and women. Ms. Cleary is also an in-school mentor with the Big Brothers and Sisters organization, where she helps young girls increase their confidence as they continue to grow and develop. And finally, ACCELLE is a proud sponsor of the girls' U15A York Central Panthers Hockey Team.

Looking back, Ms. Kristina Cleary attributes her success to perseverance, a relentless work ethic, and the allies and mentors she has had along the way. When not working, she enjoys traveling, competitive sports and spending time with her family including her husband Mike and two children Danika and Leyton. In the future, she hopes to continue to inspire and lift-up women all over the world.
