Norfolk Southern sued by Ohio over ‘entirely avoidable’ East Palestine derailment

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a 58-count civil lawsuit against Norfolk Southern over the Feb. 3 derailment of a train carrying hazardous chemicals.
