On the afternoon of February 17th, 2023, the matchmaking & exchange meeting of infrastructure investment and construction under the RCEP framework and the Promotion Conference of the 2023 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “2023 CICEE”) was successfully held in Beijing. Zhou Yue, Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce said that Hunan actively merged into the tide of globalization and RCEP, and actively expanded its international “circle of friends”. “In 2022, Hunan’s import and export to other RCEP member countries reached 230 billion yuan, a growth of 27.6%, accounting for 32.5% of Hunan’s total foreign trade value, an increase of 1.9 percentage points from 2021 before RCEP came into effect.”
