Louisville, Kentucky May 3, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - MindFest, the very first Mental Health Awareness Festival to be held in Louisville, is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2022, at the Roots 101 African American Museum.

It was the idea of Kentucky artist and entrepreneur FAIF (MindFest Cofounder) and Emily Davis (MindFest Founder) of The Wondering Mind Podcast, to bring this Mental Health Festival to the Louisville community, with hopes of providing relief to people who have been going through numerous challenges with ensuring their mental health.

FAIF grew up in Louisville and after battling his own Mental Health, he thinks that it is time to support back the community that nurtured him.

As a mental health advocate, he has a clear understanding of the mental health challenges that people go through as well. Back in 2014, FAIF was the sole survivor of a car accident, which created a major impact on his Mental Health. While recovering from the shock, FAIF started writing music, which delivered numerous therapeutic benefits to him.

In addition to FAIF's advocacy, he is an award-winning musician who gained popularity when his first two singles "No Rush" and "LOWKATION" landed two placements on BET after winning The Tales on BET Showcase.

As of now, FAIF is actively contributing to MindFest as the Vice President.

FAIF has a clear understanding of the challenges that people deal with to ensure their mental health. Hence, he is engaged with multiple initiatives to bring those issues to attention and benefit people. For example, he collaborated with the Actor's Theatre of Louisville with his emotional single titled "Fallen Tears". FAIF strongly believes that these efforts will provide relief to people in Louisville who struggle with Mental Health issues.

A series of events will happen at the MindFest to enhance awareness about maintaining good mental health. The lineup of speeches is already finalized, and these will be on some of the most relevant topics related to Mental Health problems that people in Louisville face as of now. People who take part in MindFest will get the opportunity to take part in a series of activities, which would benefit them in the long run. The event would collectively advocate for attendees to ensure proper mental health through podcasting, music, professional services, and community outreach.

Anyone in Louisville can attend MindFest as it is a free community event.
