Maria Raquel Thomas, a 15-year-old robotics wiz, has signed with top modeling agency Ursula Wiedman Models.

ATLANTA & NEW YORK - March 14, 2022 - PRLog -- Thomas was already a working model, having captured six international magazine covers and making history on two covers as the first African American cover model.

"I am very excited to work with UVM. They have paved the way for many models, and I look forward to the future!" states Thomas.

She made her debut in the modeling world at the tender age of one when she was a model for Crayola Crayons alongside her mother who was a professional model.

When Thomas is not modeling, she is growing her cosmetic company, building robots and rollercoasters. Last year during the pandemic, she built a life size roller-coaster in her back yard. She also builds robots and has competed on a professional robotics team.

Thomas also comes from a musical background. She is the great-granddaughter of Shirley E. Cartman, the music teacher of Tito Jackson, of the world-renowned Jackson family.
