I am off to New York with Ellen next week to work and see Rachel. From there we are off to Tel Aviv with a stop in Tuscany. I need some Tuscany low $VIX life for a bit. I am interested to see how much the price of pasta and pastries and 1 euro espresso has changed in Tuscany as oil, wheat and coffee prices have been surging. Between the war and these price surges, the European markets have given back all of the post COVID gains… I am an optimist, but I don’t see a V bottom ahead for Europe like we got early in the pandemic..
