The newly released episode provides aspiring and established entrepreneurs with inspiration and useful advice to apply on the path toward self-employment and other major life challenges.

The full interview is available at https://youtu.be/BaGJVDgKlVs or https://podcasts.bcast.fm/e/vn51p9yn

The announcement of the interview will be of interest to would-be business owners looking for inspiration, especially those who have experienced—or are currently experiencing—significant challenges along the way.

In this most recent episode, Giant Builders founder Lois Wyant sits down with mindset coach Bonnie Hardie to discuss the connection between mindfulness and entrepreneurship, specifically how the former can be used to handle any challenge in life. Hardie draws many examples from her own experience overcoming homelessness to establish her current career path.

She owns her own coaching business, Rock Solid Mindset, based in central Florida, and is also a podcast guest, writer for Medium, and a contributing author to a best-selling book, “The Community Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude”. The book is a collection of short essays by contributors from all walks of life about how the power of gratitude has changed their lives.

Hardie recounts the power of gratitude in her experiences of homelessness over the past 5 years. Two tools she found especially helpful were vision boards and “wheels of life.” A vision board is a collage that serves as a reminder of one’s aspirations. The wheel of life is a visual tool displaying the user’s current satisfaction with each of 8 to 10 categories important for a balanced life, allowing them to see which category needs improvement.

Giant Builders, the organization hosting the interview, was founded by entrepreneur Lois Wyant. She established Giant Builders to bring the lessons she had learned from building the various “giants” in her life—her husband, children, business, and faith—to a larger audience. Her podcast series shares her passion for “building giants” with other faith-based entrepreneurs looking for ways to level up in every area of their lives.

The organization’s mission is to share ideas to help aspiring and established entrepreneurs of faith build their own “giants” and unlock their potential for personal and business success.
