I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving.
I got my third shot on Wednesday eve (Pfizer) because I am headed to mingle with the natives in Miami next week. It has knocked me on my ass, but I think it should pass today.
I will be in Miami for the Multicoin Capital conference and I am excited to geek out with the Multicoin team and LP’s. The content lineup is fantastic.
I have had Kyle on my ‘Panic’ podcast a few times, but I listened to a recent podcast with both Kyle and Tushar and it was really excellent.
In the podcast they go back and explain their original investing thoughts on Helium and Solana and how they have managed to ride their winners. I am fascinated by how they think about mean reversion in an era of decentralized software and networks as well as how they think about compounding returns.
Back in March and April of this year, I had read enough of their research on Helium (now $40, then $10) and Solana (now $190, then $15) that I began mentioning them on Stocktwits and pointing people to their research.
I am thrilled that so many people who follow my feed and blog began buying the tokens (including my nephews).
I have no idea how to value these tokens and blockchains (everyone else though seems very sure of themselves) so 2022 is shaping up to be wild.
