The Anchor Gym was developed by Mayo Clinic trained and licensed physical therapist Shawn Finnegan. After seeing a need for his clients to anchor their resistance bands, Shawn created and patented The Anchor Gym. The Anchor Gym safely anchors all resistance bands, straps, and ropes without the need for clip hooks, fasteners, or carabiners.
Shawn is a former navy and marine corps field medic, and stage 3 cancer survivor, “I can say that the creation of The Anchor Gym was forged out of necessity and survival.
