Minneapolis to reopen 10th Avenue Bridge after $50 million overhaul

Traffic will return on Wednesday to the 10th Avenue Bridge, a Mississippi River crossing that connects the Marcy Holmes neighborhood to the edge of downtown and the Cedar Riverside neighborhood.
