As the main topic, I propose something a bit technical but very important this time of year: budgeting and spend allocation in Q4 and beyond. The idea would be to use new features that Amazon has rolled out for budgeting and to talk about spend allocation as a concept and how to think about it. If this is too technical/ boring for your audience let me know, but we’ve been pretty obsessed with this topic recently.
