United States – Crystal Clear Innovation (CCI) is an online coaching center that helps thousands of students to advance academically. They support students on their journey towards better education. Crystal Harrell, the CEO, provides many additional services other than coaching classes. These services include One-on-one coaching calls, educational videos, and tutorials. She also inspires students through her book Crystal Clear: A journey to self-discovery. 

Crystal Harrell had a big family, being one of the ten children. She lost her father to cancer when she was 11 and was raised by a single mother. Like most noteworthy people, Crystal Harrell rose to success despite her circumstances. She wrote about her story in many scholarship applications. Hard work, focus, and persistence led her to receive five different academic scholarships. Crystal got over $670,000 in scholarship funding and attended Auburn University. One of the scholarships she received was the Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholarship. At Auburn, she completed her BA in Sociology in 2017, graduating cum laude, and was commissioned in the Army Medical Department as a Second Lieutenant that very year. She then returned to Auburn to complete her MS in Human Development and Family Studies in 2018. In 2020 she moved to Washington DC to do an MPH in Epidemiology. Her journey through higher education led her to Yale University where she earned her Ph.D. in Public Health.

All the help she received through those scholarships made her consider a community’s impact on others’ lives and encouraged her to give back all she received. She decided to pursue a public health research career and work for a noble cause to reduce chronic disease disparities and serve as an advocate for health equity. As an Army Officer, her core values and time management skills have become more refined as well as her ability to lead from the front. Crystal used everything she learned as a low-income student and wrote about her hardships and what she did to overcome them in her book. Her bestselling book Crystal Clear: A journey of self-discovery (From Public Housing to Ivy League). Through this book, Crystal overs help and hopes to assist more students. She wants to spread the message “I am possible” and wants to create awareness of the people one has as a human being. She urges people to rise against all odds and to live out their dreams. She was also invited back to her hometown to speak about the book at the very same high school she graduated from. One of her achievements also includes sharing a virtual stage with Les Brown.

Crystal Harrell has a mission to provide others with what was provided to her. She set up her Coaching company to help students with education. Crystal aims to educate through service, inspire by sharing her story, and lead by example.
