The announcement comes after the brand’s recent reverse merger, the first step in the company’s expansion plan to reach wider markets.

Naples Soap Co. recently executed on a reverse merger and its shares, under the company GNS Group Inc., debuted on the over-the-counter markets June 30 — trading under the symbol GNSG. GNS Group is a shell company, now the parent entity of Naples Soap Co. and its 10 brick-and-mortar stores in tourism-driven markets across Florida and strong e-commerce business.Shares in the ten physical stores belonging to Naples Soap Co., alongside its successful e-commerce store, are now public and under the shell company name of GNSG.

CEO Deanna Wallin founded the brand in 2009 in response to her desire to create products suitable for herself and her daughter’s sensitive, eczema- and psoriasis-prone skin. A former nurse, Deanna went into the business armed with the knowledge of how harsh commercial products can be, due to their use of strong chemical formulas. Her goal was to develop a range of items that would be natural and organic, but kind to even delicate skin.

Following the successful launch of her first brick-and-mortar store over a decade ago, Naples Soap Co. has continued to expand across Florida, now boasting over ten physical stores and a successful e-commerce business. In part due to the increased interest in natural skincare products throughout the pandemic, the brand has grown significantly since the start of 2020, and Deanna still seeks to continue the company’s growth.

Now a public company, the new target is to get Naples Soap Co. listed on the Nasdaq exchange, which means the brand must increase its number of shareholders and raise a minimum of $4million USD in new capital. Though aiming high, Deanna and the consultants she works with, are confident that it’s possible – and the goal is only one part of the CEO’s long-term strategy.

As part of the brand’s expansion, the company is set to move into a new facility in Jetport Loop in Naples, which will help the e-commerce side of the business to become more efficient, at double the size of their current location.

With the latest announcement, Naples Soap Co. continues to invest in expanding and offering its range of organic, natural skincare products to customers across Florida, and worldwide via the brand’s web store.
