In 2019-02, Opto-Edu’s customer from Bolivia informed us by email that, our tender file for 3 microscope models total 1980 pcs has won the the government tender order!
Opto-Edu need to double confirm all detail specification, price, shipping cost and delivery time for these models immediately, and all the accessories for using & maintaining these models must be quoted too. The products should be printed with customer’s logo, and print customer’s instruction manual, the master carton for package must be printed with required shipping mark too. For the total amount US Dollars 205000 order, many details, has been discussed and confirmed within one week by both parties.
In 2019-03, Opto-Edu received the deposit payment, and start production immediately. Customer has arranged 2 visits to our factory to inspect production & working condition too. They are happy to see their order were produced quickly as plan, and all quality inspection has been passed.
In 2019-05, all goods has been finished in production, total 1418 cartons, over 64 CBM has been sent to Ningbo port, ready for sea shipment. Customer made the full rest payment in time, enabled shipment delivered in time too. Opto-Edu has made the Certificate of Origin, Embassy’s Certificate and CCPIT certificate for customer import use. 40 Days later we got notice that customer has received goods in well condition.
