Biden Administration called upon to address psychological torture imposed through unchecked U.S. legal system abuse by unethical court officers

By: PRLog

As part of Torture Awareness Month 2021, the Biden Administration is being asked by an organization of subject matter experts to help protect Americans literally persecuted, too often to the point of psychological torture, through deliberate violations of rights orchestrated by unethical lawyers and judges during U.S. legal proceedings.

ATLANTA - June 15, 2021 - PRLog -- June 2021 is Torture Awareness Month, and the nonprofit think tank, National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP), is spotlighting organized U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct as a prolific source of psychological torture. NJCDLP describes itself as the leading epidemiologist of sorts on organized U.S. legal system abuse and reportedly addresses its pathology as a constitutional and human rights crisis. Today, NJCDLP shared by joint letter its latest report on the topic with President Biden, the U.S. Attorney General, and the U.S. Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor. NJCDLP's correspondence and enclosed report condemn an apparent White House determination to forego providing effective avenues of redress for Americans literally persecuted through deliberate violations of rights orchestrated by unethical lawyers and judges during U.S. legal proceedings.  Both the NJCDLP letter and report describe that choice of the Trump Administration as "arguably treasonous" and call upon the Biden Administration to take prompt corrective action in accord with the U.S. Constitution, federal law, and America's International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

According to NJCDLP's co-founder and Executive Director, Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal, the referenced White House decision was conveyed by a U.S. report to the U.N. Human Rights Committee (UNHRCmte) only days before President Trump left office. Writing on behalf of NJCDLP, Crenshaw-Logal, a Doctor of Jurisprudence, and social justice activist Belinda Parker-Brown, NJCDLP's Community Outreach Director, describe in relevant part the U.S. report received by the UNHRCmte on January 15, 2021:

  • It purports to parcel privileges and immunities of citizenship among segments of Americans based on civil society preferences, national convenience, and/or U.S. government executive branch priorities.  Obviously, the U.S. Constitution does not countenance any group of Americans without effective avenues of redress for human rights violations under color of law, no matter their numbers.  Yet, that is the well-established case for those allegedly persecuted if not psychologically tortured through persistent, organized U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct.

Dr. Colleen Ford, whose PhD is in social work and who serves as NJCDLP's Training Research and Development Director, emphasizes that America's stance before the UNHRCmte helps perpetuate America's legal system as a substantial public health threat. Echoing that assessment is, among others, NJCDLP board member Michael L. Langan, M.D.  He is a leading U.S. physician health advocate who collaborates with NJCDLP to address U.S. legal system abuses perpetrated by so-called "Physician Health Programs" with the help of duped or corrupted medical licensing boards.  "For years, blatantly unjust legal proceedings have been pushing U.S. physicians to suicide at alarming rates despite our country's desperate need for competent health care providers", says Dr. Langan.

"Just about every day I deal with the weaponization of America's legal system and its devastation of almost anyone corrupt lawyers and judges choose to bring down" says Belinda Parker-Brown. In addition to serving on NJCDLP's board of directors, she is CEO of Louisiana United International, Inc. (LUI), a grassroots civil, constitutional, and human rights organization.  Parker-Brown co-founded LUI with her husband, minister Carl Brown who is also a NJCDLP board member. He adds, "President Biden can do right by ensuring our country reasonably protects all Americans from abuses of government power.  Arranging for that protection is his constitutional, international, and moral obligation."

In summation, Dr. Andrew D. Jackson interjects, "organized U.S. legal system abuse is truly a weapon of mass destruction, yet those it directly impacts are usually stripped of resilience and credibility to effectively fight back". Jackson is a Doctor of Jurisprudence with a master's in history and is a NJCDLP co-founder as well as board member.  By its June 15, 2021 letter to them, NJCDLP asks President Biden and key administration leaders to make the organization an integral part of their efforts to fight for the Americans and other U.S. residents who Dr. Jackson is referencing.  NJCDLP is an Executive Committee member of the Council of Organizations, a close affiliate of the United Nations Association of the United States of America (UNA-USA), the United Nations Foundation, and the UNA-USA National Council.
