Dallas holding company moves into fast-casual space with McAlister's Deli acquisition

Sun Holdings, Inc. is entering the fast-casual business, by having its affiliate, Best Choice Restaurants, acquire 51 McAlister’s Delis and develop another 47 locations in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Florida.
