Tantrum Cycles Kickstarter is ON

By: PRLog
The "missing link" on this bike does the impossible, pedals like a hardtail and delivers a plush ride over the bumps!
NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - Nov. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- At long last, Tantrum Cycles has unveiled its Kickstarter effort, to help the fledgling brand launch.

Says founder and designer, Brian Berthold, "After an intense effort, the beast that is a Kickstarter presentation has been completed and we are live as of noon EST on Nov 3rd." Berthold continues, "Kickstarter is a fantastic platform. It enables little guys like me to get something off the ground with the help of the very people that should be involved, enthusiastic customers that want a better idea. I love the concept and love being able to take part. And it's early on, but I won't complain about 14 bike/frame sales and nearly 50% funding in the first couple of days."

Tantrum Cycles features the performance long sought by every bike and shock manufacturer on the planet. The ability to climb and pedal like a hardtail and hit the descents like a downhill bike. Only the Patent Pending Missing Link can combine those attribute into one elegant suspension design that uses no lockouts, switches, levers or electronics yet intuitively provides the optimum geometry and spring rate for the conditions.

Cunningham of Pinkbike, one of the most respected reviewers in the industry, is quoted in the headline above. He went on to say, "Compared to the current crop of carbon superbikes, the Tantrum Meltdown performs well on the downs – and its pedaling action is better than all of them." (See link below for full review.)

Overholt at BikeRumor had a similar experience, "I came away thoroughly impressed … excellent small bump absorption, yet climbs and pedals way better than the suspension travel should allow." Zach continues, "Then point it downhill and it's like it's a completely different bike – in the best possible way."

Zach concludes, "It's sort of mind boggling because the design carries with it all the suspension clichés that have become so commonly thrown around, only this actually works."

Strong words from some of the top reviewers in the bicycle world. Their careers depend on their credibility. They review bikes and their respective employers profit from ad revenue from all the top brands. These are not words to be taken lightly.
