We strive to build projects that many may not yet consider building offsite. To receive awards for these projects reaffirms that our forward-thinking is endorsed by our peers.”

The Awards of Distinction derive from entries received for projects completed by MBI members. Based on over 30 categories, entries are voted on by a panel of industry and non-industry construction and code experts and judged on criterion such as architectural excellence, technical innovation and sustainability, and calendar days to complete, to name a few.
