Mission Hills Resident Named Director Of Property Management For Goldrich Kest

Mission Hills resident Margarita Wynn has been named Director of Property Management for Goldrich Kest. She will be working directly with the company’s Vice President Greg Raap on the day-to-day operations and management of the company’s residential portfolio, with special emphasis on its multi-family properties.

Mission Hills resident Margarita Wynn has been named Director of Property Management for Goldrich Kest, one of Southern California’s largest privately owned real estate investors, builders and property managers. In that capacity, she will work directly with the company’s Vice President Greg Raap on the day-to-day operations and management of the Culver City company’s residential portfolio, with special emphasis on its multi-family properties.

Wynn boasts more than 20 years of experience in the field. Most recently, she served as senior portfolio operations director for a publicly traded real estate investment trust, where she was responsible for the performance of 11 of its communities scattered throughout Southern California. Before that, she was general manager of a San Francisco company where she managed $700 million in assets. She began her career as a community manager in the Bay Area, where she was introduced to the world of multi-family real estate. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.

“We welcome Margarita to the Goldrich Kest team and believe that her impressive credentials and vast experience will prove fruitful to Goldrich Kest,” says Greg Rapp.

Goldrich Kest is a privately owned, family-run business that can trace its origins back more than 65 years to two entrepreneurs, Jona Goldrich and Sol Kest, holocaust survivors who parlayed their meager savings into an empire. Today, the second generation of the Goldrich and Kest families continue to build upon the company’s ever-expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Among them are 124 apartment buildings with 14,004 units, 5 marinas, 22 senior living facilities with 4,168 beds, and, scattered throughout the US, more than 7 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail space. Over half of its apartment buildings accommodate low-income families. For more information about the company, visit goldrichkest.com.
