LEXINGTON, Mass., July 20, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GreenLight Biosciences Holdings, PBC (NASDAQ: GRNA) (“GreenLight” or the “Company”) today announced that it is initiating the final steps in closing its previously announced merger with SW MergerCo, Inc.
