The annual program began accepting applications in 2020 from undergraduate and post-graduate students looking to secure one of four scholarships from several leading institutions in the field of power technologies, including University of Colorado, Colorado State University, Colorado School of Mines, University at Buffalo - SUNY and Rochester Institute of Technology. The program supports the academic and professional development of emerging talent and promotes greater ethnic, racial and gender diversity in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
