The Registrant issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The timing, price and volume of repurchases will be based on market conditions, relevant securities laws and other factors.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
