On August 15, 2011, Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (“Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $.08 per share, payable on October 6, 2011, to shareholders of record on September 16, 2011. The announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, is incorporated herein by reference.
