On July 22, 2010, RSC Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2010, entitled “RSC Reports 2Q10 Results; Provides 3Q10 Outlook and Reaffirms FY10 Free Cash Flow Outlook.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
