(b) On March 23, 2010, Mr. Ray Sienko notified the Company of his decision to resign as Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”), effective April 14, 2010. It is expected that Mr. Sienko will continue to perform his duties as CAO through April 14, 2010. The employment agreement between the Company and Mr. Sienko will be terminated, effective April 14, 2010, in conjunction with Mr. Sienko’s departure from the Company.
