Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On October 8, 2010, EMCORE Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the receipt of a letter from the NASDAQ Stock Market confirming that the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
