Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure.

At Agritechnica 2017, in Hanover, Germany, AGCO described its preliminary expectation for European sales for 2018 to be between 2% to 3% above the 2017 level. This expectation does not reflect any possible foreign currency translation impact.

The foregoing statement is a forward looking statement, and actual results may differ materially from expected results for a number of reasons including customer demand, competitive responses, the general farm economy, and the other reasons identified in AGCO’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
