Taubman indirectly owns the following Class A Limited Voting Common Stock: 4,000 shares by A. Taubman (Son), 500 shares by G. Taubman (Daughter), 500 shares by S. Taubman (Son), 500 shares by T. Taubman (Son) and 1,000 shares by his wife, all previously reported.
