Item 4.01    Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant

On November 18, 2014, IEC Electronics Corp. (the “Company”) engaged Crowe Horwath LLP (“Crowe Horwath”) to serve as the Company’s independent accounting firm for the Company’s fiscal year 2015. The Company did not consult with Crowe Horwath during the two most recent fiscal years and any subsequent interim periods as to the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, the type of opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements, or any matter that was the subject of a disagreement or a reportable event under applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
