Euroseas Ltd. Announces Completion of Reverse Stock Split
Maroussi, Athens, Greece July 23, 2015 Euroseas Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESEA) (the Company), an owner and operator of drybulk and container carrier vessels and a provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk and containerized cargoes, announces that it has completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effective at the close of trading on July 22, 2015. The Companys common shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on July 23, 2015.
