On May 10, 2007, Claire's Stores, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing comparable store sales for the period ended May 5, 2007, and certain other information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
