(e) On October 20, 2008, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of SonoSite, Inc. approved increases in the annual base salaries for four of our Named Executive Officers, effective January 1, 2009. Kevin Goodwin, President and CEO, received an increase in annual base salary from $450,000 to $507,500. Graham Cox was promoted to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution and received an increase in the U.S. portion of his annual base salary from $265,000 to $290,000. Michael Schuh, Chief Financial Officer, received an increase in annual base salary from $220,000 to $240,000. Kathryn Surace-Smith, Vice President and General Counsel, received an increase in annual base salary from $220,000 to $230,000. |
