On April 11, 2019, Vonage Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Dennis Fois, President of the Company’s Applications Group, would be leaving the Company, effective as of April 30, 2019.

The Company issued a press release on April 11, 2019 announcing the departure of Mr. Fois. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
