Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Company’s annual meeting of stockholders was held on January 25, 2016. As of the record date for the annual meeting, December 2, 2015, there were 11,181,945 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the meeting, of which the holders of 10,281,700 shares (92%) were represented at the meeting.
