On December 17, 2015, Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 13, 2016 to stockholders of record on the close of business on December 31, 2015.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
