On September 8, 2008, Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. (“Catalyst”) and ON Semiconductor Corporation (“ON”) issued a joint press release regarding ON’s proposed acquisition of Catalyst. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
