(b) Departure of Directors.

 

Freda S. Johnson and James A. Lebenthal retired from the Board of Directors of MBIA Inc. effective December 31, 2004. Notice of their intention to retire effective December 31, 2004 was previously disclosed in the registrant’s proxy statement dated March 31, 2004.
