Marcia H. Kendrick, CPA, was appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Seitel, Inc. (the "Company") effective as of October 16, 2009. She will continue to serve as Treasurer of the Company. Ms. Kendrick has served as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary since August, 1993.
