ITEM 5.02. DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
On June 29, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"), acting upon the recommendation of the Governance and Nominating Committee, voted to elect Ravi K. Saligram to join the Board as a director, subject to Mr. Saligram's acceptance. On August 9, 2006, Mr. Saligram accepted his election. The Board also appointed Mr. Saligram to serve as a member of the Compensation & Organization Committee of the Board.

Since November 2004, Mr. Saligram has been Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and since June 2003, he has been President, ARAMARK International. From 1994 until 2002, Mr. Saligram served in various capacities for the InterContinental Hotels Group, a global hospitality company, including as President of Brands & Franchise, North America; Chief Marketing Officer & Managing Director, Global Strategy; President, International; and President, Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, Mr. Saligram held various general and brand management positions with S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. in the United States and overseas. Mr. Saligram is also a Trustee of the Eisenhower Fellowships.
