Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 16, 2014, BJ's Restaurants, Inc., a California corporation (the "Registrant"), issued a press release which, among other things, reported preliminary unaudited revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013and a projected range of fully diluted net income per share for the same period.
The press release issued by the Registrant in connection with the announcement is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
