        On July 19, 2005, SCBT Financial Corporation issued a press release
        announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30,
        2005 and certain other information. A copy of SCBT Financial
        Corporation's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report
        and incorporated herein by reference.
