BANCOLOMBIA S.A ANNOUNCES REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION

 

Medellin, Colombia, March 16, 2018

 

 

BANCOLOMBIA S.A. (“BANCOLOMBIA”) announces that today it executed a public deed pursuant to which it has acquired from Alianza Fiduciaria S.A., administrator of the Patrimonio Autonomo Fideicomiso Punto Clave, the real estate property known as “Torre Oriente” forming part of the administrative headquarters of the Bank. The property is located in Medellin, Carrera 46 #27-95, office 222.

 

The total price for the property, which has already been paid by Bancolombia, was COP $89,809,041,248 (approximately USD 29,936,347)
