BLADEX ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

 

Panama City, Republic of Panama, February 24, 2016 - Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) (NYSE: BLX), announced that Mr. Facundo Martínez Maino was appointed Class “A” Director after Mr. Esteban Alejandro Acerbo’s resignation in January 2016, as a Class “A” Director on Bladex’s Board.

 

Mr. Martínez Maino is a Director at Banco de la Nación Argentina and will serve as a Class “A” Director for the remainder of Mr. Acerbo’s original term, due to expire in April 2017.
