On November 5, 2009, Deer Consumer Products, Inc. issued a press release:

announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009 where revenues increased 130% to $26.54 million from $11.54 million in the third quarter of 2008 and net income increased 168% to $4.12 million from $1.54 million in the third quarter of 2008;
 
 
o
affirms its 2009 earnings guidance of approximately $10.5 million in net income on revenues of approximately $81 million.
