On May 11, 2009, Force Protection, Inc. (the “Company”) held an investor conference call and webcast to discuss its results of operations and financial condition for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009, and its business outlook.  Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the transcript of Force Protection’s presentation during that call and the questions and answers that followed the presentation.
