ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On August 7, 2017, Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On August 8, 2017, the Company will host a conference call to provide an investor update. The presentation materials to be used in connection with the conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
