On June 28, 2005, Steven A. Ellers, President, Pharmaceutical Systems Division of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (the “Company”), was elected by the Company’s Board of Directors to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Donald E. Morel, Jr. retains the titles Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
