At our training center, we are passionate about equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide life-saving CPR and First Aid. Our certified instructors are committed to providing engaging and informative training to help you feel confident in emergency situations. In addition to learning more about or becoming certified in CPR, and the use of life-saving equipment, our instructors have the knowledge and skills to teach you what and how you should respond in the event of a disaster.

Understanding how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) to help save lives in cardiac arrest emergencies is important, but requires individuals to know both CPR and First Aid before learning how to use an AED. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the lifesaving method used when a person's heart has stopped. CPR provide rhythmic compressing, known as chest compressions that will help keep the blood flowing through the body to keep organs alive. Utilizing both CPR and First Aid with an AED is critical when trying to save a life.

Our instructors can help you acquire these essential skills to provide first aid in various scenarios, from minor injuries to life-threatening situations. In addition, our instructors will show you how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, and pets to gain the confidence to act in an emergency.

Providing assistance in disaster or various scenarios means understanding the phases that one needs to take where there is immediate action required, but you must limit the hazards or risk taken created by the disaster. During the disaster recovery training you will learn the effort and actions needed to return a community or event to a pre-disaster level. knowing what to do and how to do it is important, however, knowing what to do when is just as important. Being prepared with a checklist and a plan ensures your knowledge and skills are implemented timely and accurately.
