1. Avoid direct sunlight

Avoid direct sunlight on the water purifier, and make sure that there are no high-temperature electrical appliances or other high-temperature items near it.

2. Rinse the filter cartridge regularly

Therefore:
(1) It is recommended to open the faucet every morning and drain the water properly.
(2) If it has not been used for more than 5 days (more than 3 days in summer), turn on the faucet and rinse it for about 10 minutes before using it again.
(3) Drain the water for 10 minutes every 1 to 2 weeks to keep the filter cartridge fresh. It’s recommended to rinse it no more than 14 days in summer.
3. Replace the filter cartridge in time
Filter cartridges are not only used to purify water, but also to protect family members’ health. As consumables, the filter cartridge needs to be replaced regularly. When the filter cartridge is “overloaded”, it must be changed in time to avoid secondary pollution of the drinking water.
When is suitable to replace the filter cartridge?
